Return Policy

(a) Return

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, wrong item/size sent, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the SKU label and item you received to the email which you contact with our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.

Time required to initiate a return:
Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reason and Myallfeet/myallfeet.com has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at [email protected] After receiving the returned item, Myallfeet/myallfeet.com has to issue a refund back to the customers' accounts. 

Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.

Goods that cannot be returned for exchange.
1. Clearance sale goods.
2. Lingerie, underwear, pajamas, swimwear, tights, beads jewelry, and accessories.

Requirements for returned goods: 
1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
2. The return address is the address given in the customer service email: [email protected]
3. Please include your name, telephone number, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to Myallfeet/myallfeet.com for a full refund. Please note that if the damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

(d) Refund

We will do a refund once we've received the item you've returned.

The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.

There might be a little bit of delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it twice a week. Any questions please contact us at [email protected], we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Refund form: 
1. original shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
2. Returned by the original route. The time taken to receive a refund depends on your payment method. Usually, it takes 7-15 working days for the credit card.

(e) Cancellation

A 7% cancellation fee will be charged for orders that are cancelled by the buyer after purchase for personal reasons but before dispatch.

We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
